Due to the lockdown within Australia, postal services are experiencing moderate to heavy delays. This may or may not directly affect goods purchased via the Simply Hydroponics Website but customers should be prepared for delays if using these services.

When collecting or delivering items, drivers will practice social distancing.
This means that for a delivery, the driver will knock on the door, then place the goods on the ground and step back.
The driver will obtain the receivers name and enter this into the scanner. For signature required deliveries, this will be deemed as a signature.
For those customers getting their orders delivered, please ensure that you provide the shipping
address with your order.
Delivery address must be a resident address or a business address, our carriers will not deliver to a PO Box
Shipping charges will be calculated based upon the size of your order and delivery location.
Your details will not be stored until payment has been processed.
Note, shipping time and costs will be determined by your location and distance.
We are based in Melbourne but we can ship anywhere in Australia. We use a courier service or Australia Post.
Your details will be deleted from our database once the order is dispatched.
At Simply Hydroponics, our aim is to be professional and discreet.
When your order is delivered, it arrives safely and in plain packaging, regardless of how big or small.
All packaging is discreetly labelled.
- Warranty & Returns
Please choose your products carefully, Simply Hydroponics does not accept returns based on a change of
mind. If you choose an item that is incorrect and want to exchange it for the correct one, you must return the item in the original packaging and in its original state. Upon us receiving the item and being satisfied with it's condition we will honour the exchange. Please be aware in the instance of an incorrect purchase, all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Simply Hydroponics will honour all manufacturers warranties subject to the terms and conditions of those manufacturers, however warranty
does not cover abuse, neglect, improper care, loss or damage from incorrect usage.
Warranty claims will be processed at our discretion as a refund, repair or replacement. If products need to be returned to us for warranty
purposes, please TELEPHONE or E-MAIL us with the RECEIPT/INVOICE NUMBER, DATE OF PURCHASE and a brief description of the
fault. We will then issue you with a PRODUCT RETURN NUMBER. All returns should be in original packaging and have the
RECEIPT/INVOICE NUMBER, DATE OF PURCHASE, and PRODUCT RETURN NUMBER enclosed. The PRODUCT RETURN NUMBER should also
be written on the outside of the package for easy identification purposes.

- Ordering and Billing Options
Whether you choose to have your order delivered, or want to pick up your order in store, there are payment options open to you.
PAYMENT BY DELIVERY
For customers getting their orders delivered, payment can be made by: BANK DEPOSITS, ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER, CREDIT CARD.
1. IN STORE PICK UP
If you wish to pick up your order, you can pay in person by EFTPOS, CASH or CREDIT.
2. CREDIT CARD OPTION
If choosing to pay via credit card, this method will take you to Paypal payment processing. This is a simple and secure method of payment.
3. ELECTRONIC FUNDS OPTION
If you choose this option we will provide you with a purchase order and our bank account details. Please ensure you put the purchase order number in the description field when doing this transaction.
- Loss or Damage to goods
Please take note: if you receive your parcel directly from the courier and you see the the packaging looks damaged, please do not accept the parcel and have the courier take it when they leave. Contact us and let us know what you experienced and we will sort it out and have a another item/s sent out.
If the courier has left the parcel because you were not home and upon your collection the items packaging looks damaged, please take photos for your reference and email them to firstname.lastname@example.org
If you received your package and the outer wrapping was intact but upon opening the parcel you find the goods are damaged, please take photos of how it was received and send an email with the images to email@example.com
