Dual Heating Plates with Precision Control 

The machine is equipped with two thick 7075 aviation aluminum heating plates (6"*6") that are resistant to high temperature and high pressure. When heated, the power is 700W and the performance is stable. The temperature can quickly rise to 300 ℉, achieving uniform and rapid heating.

10T Hydraulic Jack

A 10T manual hydraulic jack applies high pressure to the sheet metal to improve the efficiency of hot pressing, and helps the high-precision hydraulic gauge display real-time pressure during the pressing process.

Temp-controlled LCD Screen

The intelligent temperature control LCD screen has clear markings, sensitive buttons, and separate control of the upper and lower heating plates for easy operation, making the hot press machine more efficient and accurate.

Multi-protection

High temperature resistant circuits, short circuits, overvoltage and overtemperature protection ensure safe use of this machine. In addition, the heat sink design provides excellent heat dissipation performance, preventing the machine from overheating and causing burns.
